Test call with zero balance

New Telephony Feature

Hi , Now you can perform a test call in Bitrix24 with 0.00 balance.  This new feature allows you to test the calls before you add your own number, rent a number from Bitrix24 or connect your PBX. Here is how to test the call: Open Bitrix24 Messenger, click on Call icon & add any phone number for a test: The call will be redirected to the test call robocall. Please make sure your computer speakers & microphone work properly.  To evaluate phone call quality say something after you hear the tone.  If you've heard your own voice your computer equipment allows you to use Bitrix24 telephony.  That's it. If you haven't heard your own voice, please check the technical requirements. Important: * The test call is free of charge & can be performed with 0.00 balance only. **The same information is available in Spanish and German.
